Bridge To Body

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) is based on the belief that we carry our emotions, thoughts, images, and memories in our bodies as well as our minds.  The practice serves as a bridge from mind to body and allows us to go inward to explore areas that may have previously been hidden while gently stretching the body through supportive yoga postures.  It’s a gentle and supportive mode of healing and self growth that improves mental clarity, enhances body awareness, and provides relaxation.  Sessions last about 90 minutes and can be modified to support all levels of fitness/flexibility. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

General Information

Sessions are offered by appointment only.  They are 90 minutes long and cost 80.00 per session. A typical session starts with a centering, then moves into supported yoga postures and dialogue and closes with a guided meditation that helps connect your inner experiences and understanding of yourself with current life situations. Currently sessions are being offered in Centerville, Ohio.
